The Vibratome Company and HistOtech ApS Form Strategic Alliance
St. Louis, MO (April 15, 2003) - The Vibratome Company, a division of Coretech Holdings, LLC, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, has formed a strategic alliance with HistOtech ApS of Aarhus, Denmark.
The Vibratome Company manufacturers a complete line of tissue sectioning equipment for frozen or fresh tissue specimens with sales concentrated in the United States. HistOtech Aps manufactures tissue slicing devices allowing oriented sectioning of polymer embedded irregular tissue blocks and organs in any section plane. Its products are primarily sold in Europe. The strategic alliance is aimed at growing and increasing business in each firm’s respective territory but also for expanding and cross selling products in the United States and Europe.
