Mr. Guest has worked in various positions in privately held companies.
Most recently, he served as CEO of a mid-sized manufacturer of capital
equipment for the food industry. In this position, Mr. Guest was responsible
for leading a team that returned the company to profitability and
stable growth. Mr. Guest also has a background in accounting and public
finance.
His legal career has concentrated on the operations of a wide number
of small and medium size privately held companies. This experience
has positioned Mr. Guest to be a valuable member of the Coretech
management team.
Mr. Guest earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from Southwest Missouri
State University, and the J.D. from the University of Missouri at
Columbia. He has been admitted to the Missouri bar, U.S. District
Court, Western District of Missouri. He is a member of the Bar Association
of Metropolitan St. Louis (Taxation Section); The Missouri Bar;
American Bar Association (Taxation Section). His practice areas
include Business Law; Corporate Law; Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures;
Capital Transactions; Taxation; Contract Law; Estate Planning; Business
Successions.
