Mr. Martin, chief executive officer, led the efforts to found Coretech
Holdings, beginning with the purchase and operation of Technical Products
International, a laboratory products and manufacturing operation.
As part of a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy developed
by Mr. Martin, Technical Products' name was changed to The Vibratome
Company.
Under his leadership, the company has developed multiple new product
lines and market opportunities, contributing to sales growth of
250 percent over the past three years.
Mr. Martin has a strong skill set in electronic marketing and computers
and developed the company's web marketing strategy, which has been
recognized by Inc. magazine. He led the effort to develop a comprehensive
marketing strategy that propelled the company's growth. Mr. Martin
also leads the company's strategic planning efforts.
Prior to founding Coretech, Mr. Martin held numerous sales and
management positions at Rockwell International, where he gained
experience in international market development and led sales management
for the Reliance Electric brand family.
While working for the Rockwell Automation Division, Mr. Martin
spent a year in Bejing, where he assisted in the development of
a strategic plan to expand Rockell's business in the People's Republic
of China by 20 percent, based on a $300 million investment. He later
served as a marketing manager for the company, responsible for the
development of product marketing and sales plans.
Mr. Martin had been recruited to Rockwell in 1996 to assist in
the development of a national training program and to help automate
the company's sales system. He also managed the company's Chicago
sales region, one of the company's largest sales territories.
Mr. Martin holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering from
Iowa State University and an MBA from Lindenwood College.
